THE TAO IN THE DESERT

After landing in Marrakech we will begin a fantastic journey toward the Sahara region by minibus or 4x4.

We will drive across the incredible landscapes of Atlas gorges and mountains in the most mysterious Morocco region, and one of the largest Morocco oasis, the Tafilalt.

January 5 early afternoons we will arrive in Merzouga, on the edge of the Sahara.

In the mornings Chi Gung and Nei Gung (inner power) class and group practice, in an environment filled up with primordial energy.

These practices are a complete system for self-healing and spirituality.

Afternoons are free for lots of other activities at a small fee:

- a camel ride on Erg Chebbi dunes

- hamman and massage

- a 4x4 ride to local Berber people

- a shopping visit to the Rissani souk

- trekking (free) and more

We are in the desert, though we are lodging at the gracefully nice Tihri Hotel, hosted with typical Berber generous hospitality.

Always good food and a lot of mint tea along with all the locally available comfort, to help us resting and feeling on vacation.
